The Canyon Room Restaurant blends Texas Hill Country cooking with European style. Enjoy a menu with choices and quality that rival the finest restaurants in the most urbane cities. The restaurant's wall-to-wall windows provide a sweeping sunset view over Lake Buchanan.
Monday through Friday, resort guests are treated to a complimentary continental breakfast buffet. Saturday and Sunday morning, we offer a delicious hot breakfast buffet for an additional fee. Our dining room is open for dinner Tuesday through Saturday.
While we are unable to sell alcohol we invite our guests to bring their own choices. We will be happy to cork and store your wine for you during your stay. Arrangements can be made for any group at the resort to take care of your libation needs, just speak with one of our sales staff or contact them.
